Winter road conditions?

Indoor pool heating?

Bluff Mountain roads are paved and well-maintained, but winter weather can bring snow and ice. We highly recommend 4-wheel drive or snow chains during winter months. Local weather can change rapidly at high elevations.

Our private indoor pool is heated year-round to a comfortable 85°F. We monitor heating schedules and perform professional water quality checks between every guest stay to ensure absolute safety.

Cancellation and deposits?

Parking and driveway?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 30 days, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Yes, our private driveway accommodates up to four standard vehicles. We do not recommend trailers or oversized RVs due to the mountain switchbacks.
